My book arrived damaged. Now what?

Damaged Items:

• Significant damage (missing pages, large cover gashes, major creases, dents, etc.): Email us for a free replacement.
• Minor damage (small nicks, bent corners, minor embossing flaws): Returns may be accepted, but return shipping is not covered.
• Protective packaging (e.g., Leather Bible boxes): The outer box is to protect the item and is not considered part of the product, so it is not replaceable.
