Can I return or exchange items I ordered?

Request a return by emailing sales@wordonfire.org with your order number (Q######) (or the email used at checkout) and the item(s) you would like to return

U.S. Return Policy:

• Must be within 90 days, unused, and in original packaging (non-damaged)
• Prepaid return label up to $20; overages deducted from refund
• Original shipping non-refundable

International Return Policy:

• We accept them, but cannot provide pre-paid labels outside the U.S.
• Must be within 90 days, unused, and in original packaging (non-damaged)
• Original shipping non-refundable

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process above for a refund, and place a new order at bookstore.wordonfire.org

• Bulk books (evangelization pricing): Books sold in pre-boxed quantities are evangelistic in nature and priced as low as possible, and we cover the original shipping cost. For that reason, we are unable to cover return shipping costs for bulk books. If you choose to return a bulk book, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility in that case.
• Seasonal titles (including Advent and Lenten Gospel Reflections): Seasonal titles are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
