Can I return or exchange items I ordered?

Return Process:

• Request a return by emailing sales@wordonfire.org with your order number (Q######) (or the email used at checkout) and the item(s) you would like to return

Return Policy:

• Must be within 90 days, unused, and in original packaging (non-damaged)
• Prepaid return label up to $20; overages deducted from refund
• Original shipping non-refundable

International Returns:

• We accept them, but cannot provide pre-paid labels outside the U.S.
• Must be within 90 days, unused, and in original packaging (non-damaged)
