The page won't let me order. I click the button and nothing happens. What's going wrong?

One of three things may have gone wrong:

1) Ensure every required question is answered (quantity/name/email/address/credit card) and that there are no errors. 

2) Click the "Refresh" button on your browser to reset the page.  

3) If you are using Internet Explorer as your web browser, this will not work. Please upgrade your web browser. You should not have that trouble if you instead use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
