The video won't play! Help!

Two quick questions:  

1) Are you using Internet Explorer as your internet browser? If so, that will not play most videos. Ensure that you are using a browser that is compatible with most video players, such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla. 

2) Refresh your page. Refreshing the webpage solves most issues. 

If neither of these work, there may be an issue with your device or internet connection.
