I'm clicking "Get my Books" but nothing is happening! Help!

One of Three things may have gone wrong:

1) Ensure every required question is answered (quantity/name/email/address/credit card) and there are no errors in them. 

2) Simply click the "Refresh" button on your browser - this will reset the page. Refreshing solves most issues with webpages. 

3) If you are using Internet Explorer as your web browser, this will not work. Please upgrade your web browser. You should not have that trouble if you instead use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
