Materials
Ribbons
This edition features seven graduating-color ribbons, allowing for a variety of navigation systems for each book.
Cover
Our covers are not glued together from many fragments of material. Each cover is made with a contiguous piece of top-grain leather, which is durable, flexible, and tactile.
Binding
The pages of these books are not glued to the binding, they're sewn. Smyth-sewn binding allows them to lay flat while open, close with less strain, and remain resilient for many years of daily use.
Paper
The paper used for the Liturgy of the Hours, Second Edition is durable with excellent brightness and opacity. Mixed paperweights are strategically used to aid in quick flipping, which means pages featuring recurring prayers are printed on thicker paper for easy accessibility.
