The theme of the conference is “Scripture and Its Interpretation”

The Second Vatican Council declared, “The study of the sacred page is, as it were, the soul of sacred theology.” The 2025 conference of The New Ressourcement seeks to explore the application of this principle more broadly in Catholic thought in an interdisciplinary dialogue on the topic of Scripture, its interpretation, and its place in Catholic thought today.
