How can I send this as a gift?

You can simply enter the gift recipient's information in the Name and Shipping Address sections of the order page (your name/address is not needed for payment processing).

Enter your own email on the form so the recipient does not receive the automatic receipt with cost details, and enter your own credit card information for the payment. Please note that this way the tracking information will also be sent to you rather than the recipient. 

"What about the billing address?" Rest assured! Our system does not need any billing address information for your credit card in order to process the order. We just need the number, expiry, and security code.
