What is your return policy?

Our products may be returned if they were purchased within the last 90 days, are unused, and are still in their original packaging. 

Please email sales@wordonfire.org to request a return, including your order number (Q*******). We will provide the details where to send your return back to us for a refund. Once that return arrives back to us, you will be refunded for the price of the product you ordered. Please note, Word on Fire will not be responsible for the return shipping cost for An Introduction to Prayer.
